🛠️ When We Cover Everything

If your order arrives mis-printed, damaged, or we ship the wrong item, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll email you a prepaid return label, remake or refund your item in full (including original shipping if applicable), and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

🔄 When You Cover Return Shipping

Changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or decided the color isn’t your vibe? We still accept returns or size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• new, unwashed, and unworn

• in its original packaging (when applicable)

You’re responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us. We don’t charge restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the product price (original shipping is non-refundable) or send the new size you requested.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email fieldhousedesigns@outlook.com with your order #, the reason for the return, and clear photos if there’s a defect.

2. We’ll reply within one business day with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

3. Drop the package with your preferred carrier within 14 days of receiving the label.

4. We’ll notify you once we’ve processed your refund or shipped your replacement.
